My heat and electricity are both not working and I was told by the energy company that it was a breaker issue for the apartment community to deal with. Possibly an easy fix, right? Of course not, I have been without heat and partial power loss for over 16 hours and was told I wouldn’t have a real solution “if there is one” (their words not mine) until POSSIBLY Tuesday.
