    I absolutely love living at Clarion Crossing Apartments the peaceful, green setting and proximity to Lake Johnson and NC State University make it one of Raleigh’s most desirable communities. The on-site staff are incredibly friendly and responsive, always ready to help and keep things running smoothly. I enjoy relaxing by the beautiful pool and making use of the gym, dog park, and other great amenities right in the neighborhood. The apartments themselves are comfortable and perfectly situated for both work and play in Southwest Raleigh. I couldn’t be happier with my choice it truly feels like home!

    I am a student and have lived here for the past year and a half and it is one of the worst apartment complexes in the area that I know of. I have a support animal that is registered with the leasing office, meaning I do not pay a pet fee, yet they conveniently "forget" every month and I have to pay it and wait for them to take their time on the refund. THERE ARE ROACHES EVERYWHERE!!!! We have roaches coming out of the sink drains and they live in the cheap hollow countertops. When I first moved in, the apartment was infested with fleas, and the leasing office took their sweet time while I was covered in bites and going to urgent care because I was in so much pain. Once their outsourced pet control finally came, the man told me I was being dramatic and that I should "call my dad" before calling pest control... so ridiculous and sexist. I am now in my second apartment at this complex and the blinds are so cheap they fall off without even being touched. Our cabinets are misaligned and there are weird red stains on the hardwood. Our countertops are made out of what Ikea furniture is made out of and they fall apart if you touch them. The rent is also so much more expensive than other complexes in the area that are much nicer. IF YOU ARE A STUDENT, DO NOT LOOK INTO LIVING HERE!!!!!

    This tranquil neighborhood is strategically situated near my most essential locations, including my workplace, church, grocery stores, parks, festivals, and airport. The staff is courteous and respectful, and the apartments are reasonably priced. Shoutout to Austin for his amazing job and to Witney for her kindness.
