- DDDeidre Daniels3 days ago1.0I’m posting this review to document a disappointing experience during a lease transition at Centerview at Crossroads. During my attempts to complete an early termination in good faith, I received inconsistent and conflicting guidance from onsite management. In particular, my interactions with Fernando and Jennifer (management) were unnecessarily difficult. Communication was rigid and dismissive, and questions about notice requirements and buy-out timing were met with abrupt responses rather than clear explanations. Despite documenting my intent to pay and comply with the lease, the full buy-out fee was posted to my account as immediately due, contrary to prior discussions as management documented they would split the buyout fee. What should have been a straightforward administrative process became stressful and time-consuming due to poor communication and lack of transparency. I am not disputing the lease terms themselves, only the way this situation was handled. I hope corporate leadership reviews how residents are treated during transitions, as this experience did not reflect the level of professionalism I would expect. Sharing this for awareness and accountability. I would advise not moving here.
- BSBrandon StinsonJan 5, 20261.0Off to a bad start. Not happy at all. My new unit is very dirty, coffee stains all over the blinds. Drip pans on the stove are disgusting and has not been cleaned. Even the tub and toilet was a bit dirty I moved here because it was cheaper than my old unit but the old saying of "you get what you pay for" is ringing in my head. This is strike 2 as Strike 1 was Cloe rubbing me the wrong way insulting my intelligence by telling me we had a "misunderstanding" after I asked to see my unit before I moved in via email. Not 1 soul that I showed the message saw where the misunderstanding was. I feel like I made a massive mistake moving here after day 1. Update: the cleaning lady and maintenance guy came back to take care of the issues on day 2 so hopefully no more issues. Hoping I made the right decision moving here. My advice to anyone considering moving here is to make sure you see the actual unit you'll be living in before you sign on the dotted line which is pretty hard to do in this 60 day notice era and perhaps get an updated clean model. You'll feel better about your decision.
