Unfortunately, being on the bottom floor does mean you can hear every footstep above you, but that's just life in an apartment (also depends on your neighbors). It's clean with no bugs and a quiet neighborhood for the most part. Left 1 star off just because I haven't lived here long and for the noise. Would still recommend living here though.

I was first greeted with a consultant who was patient and kind and tonight i got to meet two more employees Fernando and Cola (i hope i spelled it right sorry) who were just so nice and gave me pie for a thanksgiving treat. they are always doing something nice for the community. the maintenance is quick and friendly. i am happy to make this review bc they deserve it! 100000/10

The most recent one was the Pie Event today and they had the most delicious pies as well as warmest smiles as soon as I walked in. These events are highlights in my week whenever they occur! Thank you to the leasing office!! :)

The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff made sure everyone felt taken care of. A wonderful way to start the day shout out to Cam and Cloe for preparing this delicious breakfast!!!
