  The apartments were spacious and very affordable. We moved here because a friend told us they were able to work with our credit, and they were. I read some of the reviews about the bugs and thought people were being dramatic. They were not. There was a horrible roach infestation here—in the whole building, too. I talked to multiple neighbors, and even the friend who recommended us had issues with this as well (in an entirely different building). The bugs were out during the day, and we even found eggs in multiple places. They did have a service come and spray, but spraying does not treat an infestation. I was living out of plastic tubs and bags for half of my time here, and honestly, I’m still traumatized. There was also a lot of confusion with the staff. Maintenance was always pretty cool, but the lady who was in the front office when we first moved in was rude, and she was never in the office. Lmao. She didn’t respond to emails or calls either. The newer staff was okay. We weren’t able to get into our mailbox with a few months left on our lease. The lock was definitely changed because the key worked at one point, and then all of a sudden it didn’t. There was no resolution, but we left shortly after, so it was whatever. The week we were moving out, there was more confusion, and our stuff was thrown out and the locks were changed the day before our move-out date. We came to a mutual agreement, but I’m still sharing because there are definitely some major communication issues for something like that to happen. I almost forgot to mention the damn geese. There’s a lake behind one of the buildings and the geese use it. They poop everywhere and they’re kinda violent if you get too close they hiss lol. Overall, not a great experience but also learned a lot.

  The staff is always very pleasant and attentive to my needs. Ryan takes his time with me and works to ensure that I am taken care of. Maintenance has always handled my service requests expeditiously and with a good attitude even when it was on a weekend night. Melvin is great!

  5 Stars SPECIFICALLY for Ryan!! I moved to this property 5 months ago and it was a nightmare! However, Ryan went above and beyond to make sure everything with my unit was done. He even went a lil extra out his way to help me move furniture around so that the carpenter can access my carpet. I wouldn’t feel as comfortable and secured in my space if it wasn’t for Ryan. You can tell that man loves his job! From the very first call of interest to now, he shows up & makes sure we are all good!
