  I had a great experience living at The Bryn Athyn Apts for 7yrs.The community was well-maintained, quiet, and felt very safe. Maintenance requests were handled quickly and professionally, and the staff was always friendly, responsive, and respectful. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and any concerns I had were addressed in a timely manner. I also appreciated how organized and communicative management was throughout my time living there. It’s was always something going on for the holidays for our friends and family at the office. The pool are was great! Overall, this was one of the best apartment experiences I've had, and I would absolutely recommend this community to anyone looking for a well-run and comfortable place to live. Also I had great neighbors. I moved because my family moved down and I needed a 2 br when they came by. Only reason!!! Thanks to everyone there. I greatly enjoyed and appreciate all you have done.

  I recently returned from vacation and had submitted a few work orders while I was away. I wanted to share how happy I was with all of the work completed in my apartment. It is truly refreshing to live in a community where the maintenance team shows such care, professionalism, and respect for residents. The quality of the work Julio and Pedro did, did not go unnoticed, and I sincerely appreciate the attention given to my home. Thank you again for the great service.

  I really liked living here. I needed to move out to take care of family, and the management was very fair to me. The complex is very well maintained, and they are quick to respond to resident requests. The natural setting with the trees and the public greenway is very peaceful. My bird feeder on my balcony was always busy. The apartments are well designed and quiet. I didn’t hear noise from neighbors’ TV or stereo or anything else to disrupt the peace. I would highly recommend Bryn Athyn.

  There was an event held about a week ago and it was very welcoming! The staff clearly care about their residents and making for a social and enjoyable environment. There was free food and even hot cocoa, which was a relief because it was a little chilly outside that day. Can't wait for the next gathering!

  We have lived here for almost 3 years after having two failed home purchases over the course of a month. We need a place to go quickly, Bryn Athyn was able to get us moved in very expeditiously. Angie and Imelda in the front office are so friendly and prompt when we need them. Julio and Pedro are the BEST maintenance team I have ever seen in any apartment. I’m not kidding - if you put a call in, it’s handled super quickly. Additionally, they do fun events! There was just a Harvest Festival event with a killer taco truck (seriously the tacos were so good) and all other fun snacks and drinks, and the community showed up! Everyone here gets along. It’s quiet. It’s on a greenway. I mean like right ON the greenway. Great location and friendly people - this is the spot if you’re looking to rent.
