- HHHerb6 days ago5.0There was an event held about a week ago and it was very welcoming! The staff clearly care about their residents and making for a social and enjoyable environment. There was free food and even hot cocoa, which was a relief because it was a little chilly outside that day. Can't wait for the next gathering!

We need a place to go quickly, Bryn Athyn was able to get us moved in very expeditiously. Angie and Imelda in the front office are so friendly and prompt when we need them. Julio and Pedro are the BEST maintenance team I have ever seen in any apartment. I’m not kidding - if you put a call in, it’s handled super quickly. Additionally, they do fun events! There was just a Harvest Festival event with a killer taco truck (seriously the tacos were so good) and all other fun snacks and drinks, and the community showed up! Everyone here gets along. It’s quiet. It’s on a greenway. I mean like right ON the greenway. Great location and friendly people - this is the spot if you’re looking to rent.
- JJJasmineOct 26, 20255.0I stayed here in 2021 for about two years or so. Marquetta was super nice, I really hope she becomes a property manager if not already so. She was super friendly, professional and prompt my entire stay. I didn't deal with Imelda much during stay but she made the application process, touring of my unit , and move in day very seemless and nice. I was greeted with a beautiful home on move in day ; man that home was SPOTLESS and shiny . The neighborhood is super pretty . The stream behind the office leads to a nice walking area for your family. The pool is always fun and super clean. The neighborhood was just a vibe, and definitely a comfortable place to call home. I paid about $1200 for a two bed . Covid did wonders now :/ anyways this was such a a beautiful place on the north side and super tucked away! You'll love this place if its the same now as it was then . The only thing I didn't experience was the gym now that would've been amazing 😍 , but again covid :/
