It's Monday waiting for her to come into the office and work but still no manager and it's 3 30 now! Her name is Kim and very unprofessional she is! She would rather give you a eviction notice then fill out housing paperwork so you can loose your home!
- CRClarissa RiveraOct 21, 20211.0Extremely poor quality of housing. The images on the website are outdated. Sketchy activity happening outside of the buildings past a certain time. I wouldn't recommend senior citizens living here. Leasing office is helpful, but they move very slowly when it comes to maintenance requests. The property needs basic renovation and a huge paint job, power washing everywhere. Not even going to talk about the landscaping... Will not be renewing my grandmothers lease again.
