Supposedly “renovated.” Management can only offer solutions where I have to go out of my way to accommodate their schedule and have been nearly dismissive to the point of being rude. I would not suggest moving in to this complex unless you are personally able to do a walkthrough of the unit PRIOR to signing the lease.

He went above and beyond really taking on the task of making it happen. He was friendly, professional, and dedicated to helping me find the right home. Kirk considered my needs and preferences, showing only suitable apartments. He has a great knowledge of the community and leasing process was outstanding. Kirk also answered my every question clearly and with so much patience. The team’s responsiveness and transparency throughout the application process are especially appreciated. The Complementary beverages was refreshing. This level of service is valuable. After finishing the application on move-in day, I received a welcome packet with local recommendations, all the necessary move in information and a gift was a special touch. This exceptional leasing agent and the whole team is appreciated and highly recommended to anyone seeking a new apartment. I couldn’t have pulled it off without Kirk at Atria at Crabtree Valley.
