Kirk considered my needs and preferences, showing only suitable apartments. He has a great knowledge of the community and leasing process was outstanding. Kirk also answered my every question clearly and with so much patience. The team’s responsiveness and transparency throughout the application process are especially appreciated. The Complementary beverages was refreshing. This level of service is valuable. After finishing the application on move-in day, I received a welcome packet with local recommendations, all the necessary move in information and a gift was a special touch. Any time i submit a ticket, they are there first thing in the morning and even the same day to fix the issues. They always resolve the issue in a quick manner.
