Place is clean and I saw a phone call in about maintenance and they jumped right on it. Its a hidden gem.

It's been months now.

I have been living here for almost a year now and i have not had any issues with this apartments up until recently when they Hired the New guy with Glasses that be in the office sending eviction notices After only ONE day of missing payments. And not only that he prays on people to try and get them evicted. I will be moving out unfortunately because of him. I have never missed a payment on my bills and this month i paid exactly on the 5th around 8pm. He doesnt check the working order of his office so he just sends eviction notices. Very intimidating and not really neighborhood friendly. He should find a job taking care of dogs or something..
