- MMmattOct 19, 20252.0This place takes forever to get any maintenance done, you have to follow up with them constantly and it gets really frustrating. If i had known prior to renting i probably would not have come here. ASIDE from that, the amenities are always really clean. They have two lakes and two pools which are both well kept when open. There is a social area that has ping pong and other games. The walk around the complex in the morning is nice and the apartments are close to anything you would need.

Main issue: Packages get stolen I would advise all residents to use Fetch (paid service that the complex uses) for all packages. We had $250 worth of goods that were stolen over the weekend :(
- AHAaron HarrisonSep 17, 20251.0Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with an apartment complex. Mold is covering everything, the dryer smells like B.O., parking is fine, amenities are normally closed. The front office is impossible to reach unless you show up. Drainage is abysmal as far as rain water. Trees will ruin your car’s paint. Mismanaged is an understatement. Valet trash will not pick up your trash so plan on spending an extra $15 for you having to take you’re own trash out. In addition to this, I had my ac not working for 2 weeks in the summer and my freezer was not working and took 2 weeks to fix. My car was broken into, cost me $1500 to fix. It took the leasing staff 3 days to worn other renters of the possibility that their vehicles may be broken into. Again leasing staff is impossible to reach if you do not show up to their office, completely unacceptable.
