  Working with Katie Gray was such a positive experience from start to finish. From our very first conversation, I could tell she genuinely cared about helping me find the right home—not just any home. She listened carefully to what I wanted, offered great insight and advice, and always made time for my questions (no matter how small!). Katie’s warmth, patience, and professionalism made the whole process so much easier and less stressful. She truly went above and beyond at every step, and I always felt like I had someone in my corner looking out for my best interests. Thanks to her hard work and dedication, I ended up in a home that feels absolutely perfect for me.   I worked with Tia, and she was easy to talk to and helped me through the process seamlessly. Her patience was exactly what I needed after all was said and done. If I had questions about the process with my home, Tia made sure to answer them and followed up on any concerns I had, offering great advice on top of that. It was a stress-free process for someone with little to no experience, and Tia made sure of that. It felt nice to know someone was working hard in my favor.   We worked with Jordan Powell to buy our home and had the most amazing experience with her, as well as the whole team at A Cole Realty! Moving from Chicago to Raleigh could’ve been stressful, but working with Jordan made it an absolute joy. She made the entire process feel easy and exciting, guiding us through every step and helping us learn so much along the way. We found Jordan to be a true market expert who knows how to evaluate pricing, comps, layouts, and the quality of updates in each home. Coming from condo life, we were new to things like attics, crawl spaces, siding, and yard maintenance. She helped us understand what to look for and what to avoid, pointing out details we never would’ve thought to check. We always felt confident knowing she was looking out for our best interests. Even with a busy client list, Jordan somehow made us feel like her top priority. She was always responsive, flexible, and genuinely excited to get us into every home we wanted to see (and we saw about 15!). She was encouraging but never pushy, and she truly cared about helping us find the right fit, not just closing a sale. When we almost put an offer on a house that we weren't 100% sure about, Jordan immediately noticed our hesitation. She helped us take a step back, review the data, and feel confident waiting given the current market inventory. Within a week, we found our dream home. We’re so glad we listened to her advice! During the offer, inspection, and closing process, Jordan was an expert and a fair negotiator, always backing her opinions with data and reason. Her network of local contacts was also a lifesaver for us as newcomers. She connected us with trustworthy, reasonably priced contractors for flooring, bathroom, tile, and inspection repairs, all of whom did amazing work. All in all, Jordan is warm, transparent, and incredibly knowledgeable. She answered every question, kept us informed, and made us feel fully supported from start to finish. We couldn't recommend Jordan and A Cole Realty more highly!

  We were looking to sell our house to move across the US to Utah where our granddaughter was and another one on the way but weren’t sure how much to ask and A Cole Realty, Katie Gray, offered to give us a good market value without any strings attached. We ended up going with them after trying it on our own. It was an easy choice as they weren’t pushy and were willing to let us go with anyone if we chose to. However, the ease of just letting Katie handle everything, her quick response to every text and willingness to help in any way, made the process nice and a good choice. She had our back through the whole process, making sure our interests were looked after and not just the sale. If you are looking for a company that is willing to help without any strings attached, this is it. If you want the process to be easy, this is the company. If you want well represented and well marketed, A Cole Realty is the company for you.
