  I can’t say enough great things about Gracie! She went above and beyond to make my apartment process smooth, stress-free, and successful, showing patience, support, and genuine care every step of the way. Beyond helping me secure this place, she encouraged me and helped me grow in ways she probably doesn’t even realize. I’m incredibly grateful for her kindness, professionalism, and support — Gracie is the GOAT, and anyone who works with her is lucky!

  Gracie was incredibly helpful throughout my entire experience. I toured for the first time over a month ago but unfortunately no units were available at that time. She kept me informed throughout the entire process of waiting for a unit to become available. The property itself is beautiful and clean. I can’t wait to move in!

  District 54 is a nice place to live! I enjoy the amenities and my apartment is really nice. They had a cute easter candy bar the other day. I haven’t heard any fire alarms go off which I was worried about from other reviews but it’s been a pleasant experience so far ! The hallways even smell good lol. Also Alexi is an angel she helps me with anything I need I love her!!

  Great place to live if you like being woken in the middle of the night by building-wide fire alarms going off for no reason. The best part is the next day when they tell you that it wasn't actually a false alarm and a "small water leak" is actually SUPPOSED to trip the ***FIRE*** alarm for the entire building. Makes a lot of sense. Actually is a nice building/apartments/amenities, but management clearly doesn't know what they're doing.
