I’ve had a really positive experience with the Community Manager, Tatyana, at Channel House. She is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about both the residents and the overall community experience. It’s clear she takes pride in what she does, and it shows in how the community is managed.

A stunning property, beautiful inside and out, very well maintained. My visit was extremely positive and fun. Easy parking and a wonderful staff available as needed. The pricing is very affordable and in the best location of Raleigh.

Visited Raleigh for a potential new career opportunity and toured this community. The area was amazing so close to my new job. The tour was great the staff was so friendly and accommodating. They solved all of my worries and concerns about my big move and I could see myself living there. Great amenities and service were apparent! I can’t wait to see if this is going to happen for me!

I highly recommend against living in Channel House. Rarely is someone in office during their set hours as the staff splits time between Channel House and Vine (neighboring sister complex). Additionally, the complex manager, Emily Long, has extremely little knowledge about apartment pricing and market value. When hoping to renew, she refused to work with me on the renewal cost that I believed was roughly $450 above market value. She told me if I didn’t renew, they would list the unit for the same price I was being quoted. Sure enough, when I didn’t renew, it was listed for $425 less than my quote. This goes to show the leasing staff have little regard for keeping current residents. Also frustrating with this complex is the parking garage and lack of resident events that a monthly fee on top of the rent is supposed to fund. Instead, the resident events are often free events in the community. As for the parking garage, drivers once had the ability to ascend at two stops midway through each level. Without notice, management replaced these stops with additional parking spots so that residents have to drive the length of three buildings to get to the next garage level, significantly increasing commute time. By the end of my lease, I was more than ready to leave Channel House.
