  Chloe did such a great tour for us, explaining things down to the detail. The property and community itself is beautiful, very well taken care of by their management. They do a great job here and I was very impressed today. I’m excited to move forward soon!

  The apartment itself was nice and I didn’t have major issues with the actual unit, which is why I’m giving two stars instead of one. However, dealing with the leasing office was extremely frustrating due to ongoing billing and accountability issues. After moving out, I called to verify my security deposit refund before depositing it because I wanted to avoid any problems. I was told multiple times that the amount was correct and was even sent documentation showing the charges and credits. After depositing the check, I was later told it was issued in error due to their internal accounting mistake, and now they are trying to charge me over $1,100 for something that was not my fault. I spoke with Fernando, the property manager, and he was absolutely no help. He denied any accountability on the apartment’s end, even though they created the issue, and offered no real resolution other than telling us we needed to pay it back. When we asked for contact information for higher management, he refused to provide it. Throughout our lease, there were multiple billing inconsistencies that required constant follow-up, and this situation was the final straw. If you choose to live here, I strongly recommend keeping detailed records and getting everything in writing, especially when it comes to billing
