  First of all, I would like to sincerely thank our maintenance man, Arnulfo, who always solves any problem quickly and is consistently friendly and kind to us. Together with Curtis, they handle every issue related to the apartment promptly. This is one of the most important factors for living peacefully in a home. I would also like to thank Kendall, who has always taken the time for us since we moved here, patiently answered our questions, and guided us whenever we needed help. Of course, we shouldn’t forget Nyasha. Moreover, by organizing different events on special days, they make apartment complex a more enjoyable and livable place. Overall, this complex is very well managed.

  I have lived in this neighborhood for many years, and I have good comments about the maintenance. The head of maintenance is very kind and always solves any issue quickly. The manager always tries to help as well.

  Arnulfo has always been quick to help with any maintenance issues we have. He’s always respectful, cleans up after himself, and is polite. We thank him endlessly for always being there for us.

  I just moved to Brook Hill, the staff was very accommodating and sweet. Nyasha was a grand help and she was able to help throughout all my questions. (I ask alot) She was very sweet, I explained that this was my first apartment and was able to be a terrific guide. The apartment itself was just amazing. Overall my experience with Brook Hill was 10/10.
