  Lisa at the Reception Desk is magnificent!!!! She greets everyone with a warm smile. She is eager to meet the needs of every resident. She does everything she can to make residents happy. She dresses up for all the holidays. There is nothing better than walking in the door and looking at the bright lights on Lisa's Christmas sweater! Lol! She is absolutely delightful! She and all the staff at the Dorchester make my life fuller and easier. The residents are a blessing in every way. They are warm and friendly. We help each other in times of need. I love living at the Dorchester.

  I’m very pleased with the excellent customer service that was demonstrated by Carlo, who works at the Dorchester and Manor. Today he assisted me when my delivered package was missing and found it for me. I appreciate it very much, Carlo! The employees here at Dorchester and Manor are very pleasant. Every time I request assistance any of the employees, from front desk to housekeeping, maintenance, dining room and management, they have been very willing to assist me. I also want to recognize that there is excellent teamwork among the employees. Thank you to you all.

  So far the move in facility, service, maintenance has been the highest of any previous place my wife and I have stayed. The manager and staff people are very courteous, receptive and responsive to all our concerns and needs.

  I have lived here 4 years this July. I want to say it was the best kept secret. I am so thankful for being told about Dorchester. Also, it's only gotten better not worse. Excellent maintenance, food. Not only that our management truly improved, I must give credit to Susan. She adds a whole other element to Dorchester. Not only do the tenants like and respect her, her co-workers do as well. She's never too busy and always working. We had the monthly birthday today. BTW, it was great fun, good music and dancing. Of course, as usual there was Susan cheering us on. Thanks Susan Thanks Dorchester!

  I visit my Grandmother here every month and I just had to write a review on how happy she is at this place. She stays busy with the activities and she also feels safe which is important to me knowing she secure in her surroundings. She just cant get enough of the new Director Joy. She has noticed a difference with the engagement of the staff and the activities. She recommends this place very much.
