  Once you rent this place the maintenance team doesn't answer and they don't have an leasing office to stop by for complaints. We have lived in multiple communities but never faced this issue. Upon move in there were various issues as the house is not move-in ready. We have been calling them from 4 business days but nobody answers. The floor has not been vacuum and the garage fob stopped working as of today. To the team- If you cannot had a person present on this property during business hours then provide a disclaimer. Also, if you read this you really need to compensate as we stopped our moving for 3 days and finally fed up.

  Townes at McCullough did a great thing when they brought on Yovanny! He is amazing and knows his craft. He works hard to resolve your issues and is kind and professional. Best maintenance supervisor ever!! Thank you, Yovanny, for all of your help!! You deserve a raise and a bonus 🤩🥳

  I moved in on 10/28/2025. My experience has been nothing short of Amazing! Jessica and Givianni (Maintence Technician) have been awesome! Jessica- Thanks for making the move in process super smooth for me. I feel so at home! Givianni - This Technician deserves 5 stars! Very nice, professional, and thorough as a Technician. Brooke- I met her on one occasion and she is very nice.

  I absolutely love it here. Have lived in places all over Charlotte and surrounding areas and this by far has been my favorite. There are no amenities but honestly, you don’t need any! There are lots of cool places to walk to in the neighborhood like the dog park, two playgrounds, a greenway trail that connects all the way to where the Pineville library is. It’s a beautiful neighborhood and I hope to stay for many more years to come!

  My girlfriend and I moved into Townes at McCullough on 10/1/25, and so far it’s been a really good experience. Jessica and Brooke have been great to work with. The application process started a little slow because of staffing, but everything was wrapped up before move-in. Jessica even came in on her day off to give me the keys, which we really appreciated. At move-in, the painters and cleaners missed a few spots, but as soon as I emailed, Jessica had the painter back the SAME day and the cleaners out the next day for the carpets. That quick response really stood out. A few days later, we walked by another available unit and realized we liked that location better — it’s quieter, away from the flea market and street noise, and has more street parking. Jessica immediately approved the transfer and sent the new lease that same day no questions asked. The community has also been great so far neighbors are kind, it’s quiet, and everything is well kept. Overall, we’re very happy here so far and will update again closer to move-out. For now, definitely a hidden gem worth checking out.
