  Todd is a good friend, and was a great neighbor ! When I decided to sell my house on Oak Island, I used Todd as my realtor , he was very professional, considerate! Todd had sold my house, got me more than I was asking for the property. One of the greatest value of this man as a friend is his patience !! Todd had worked with me on finding a new residence, which I’m very happy with , he worked hard on finding my new house , and got me a fantastic deal !
