This experience was great, Bruce got answers for me and my wife with in a few hours and a route to get things fixed so we can get the process start on getting into a house. This was like a breath of fresh air after working with another lot that we have spent 4 months just to get turned down and we are still waiting on the rest of our deposit that was needed to get under contract.
