Nico made everything easy and fully explained the community as well as the building process. We appreciated his ability to be intuitive and guide us in selecting our options and additions for the future, such as additional outlets, prewires and upgrades. Nico is very knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all our questions and was quick to understand our lifestyle and personalities to better help us with our selections. He was very patient and went above and beyond to insure we were comfortable with our choices. Shout out to Lindsey as well who was also very helpful with explaining the options. She also took the time to educate us with the attractions in the Wilmington area. We have built new homes in the past and this was by far the easiest. Ryan Homes offers great design selections and floorpans. The Lakes at Riverbend is a pleasant community with great amenities. We are looking forward to being part of the neighborhood.
