  Rodrigo was my project manager. He has excellent customer service! He made feel comfortable buying my first home. If I was to do it again I would love for him to be my project manager again. Job well done keep up the great work!!!

  We have lived in this house for almost a year. Now they are building all these new houses. Recently they have been leaving trash in our yard from the construction sites, broke the corner of our driveway with a telescoping forklift, and finally broken the fiber cable that runs from our house to the connection box a couple doors down. We have been trying to get these issues resolved and we have called the project manager that worked on our house to get the information of the new project manager for the area surrounding our house to consult and get these issued fixed. The only responses we have gotten back are that they don’t work on weekends and that they can do nothing about it. We have had to call to get the fiber cable replaced for the third time in about a week. The customer service for the Fost community in 2026 has gone down dramatically. They do not respond in a timely manner and avoid answering questions so they don’t have to deal with the consequences. I just wish that they treated our home as if it was one of their homes.
