Sales (Amanda), project manager (Catie), and warranty team (Sean) exceedingly engaged or available throughout all phases. 3rd party home inspections were easily accommodated and also allowed us to spot-correct minor items. In our second owned home, the previous an NVR project from ~30 years ago, Fost Townhomes has exceeded our 'builder grade' quality expectations. In-house financing was ultimately very competitive against regional/national rates and were the clear choice - made closing coordinated and straightforward. Recent heavy weather rainstorms revealed a construction fault that could've been a major hassle - but Sean led the warranty team and sub-contractors on-site next business day and coordinated all repairs within a week. As the neighborhood develops at a rapid, though non-disruptive, pace, we're enjoying the family walking circuit and anticipate continuous sidewalks in the not-so-distant future. Hoping the adjacent commercial/mixed-use development gives us a safe walking corridor to their new businesses and up the road to LJ Beaners Bakery & Cafe. Currituck County appears on track with permitting and financing to build a second elementary school in Moyock advertised for schoolyear 2025-2026. Looking forward to the annual HOA meeting this month and eager to hear an update on the advertised amenities (pool, dog park, clubhouse) - all of which remain seem to remain pending.
