The office and maintenance staff is amazingly helpful all the time all my requests have been met when needed. It’s a dog friendly community and being by the lake with a marina and restaurant is a perk!

- CBCarl BDec 29, 20251.0The elevators always broken or getting stuck which is extremely inconvenient and has been like that for years, the car port leaks white stuff all over everyone's cars all in the window seals all over the glass in the engine bay you name it, they do nothing about either and charge $85 a month to park just to get your car to look like it has white paint busted all over it. The units are nice but in many ways designed werid and could have much better use of space. The bar is on the floor because mt holly is so low tier so tailrace is one of the nicer spots but yeah apparently they're selling it to new owners which is a good thing, hopefully they come in and replace the elevators and fix the roof because it's completely unacceptable
