  Monica had showed me around the property and the house is average.However, the quality or material used inside the house didnt impress us.Cheap,over priced, build quality is not upto to the mark for a 1.4M homes.Buyers pls be mindful and do your homework. Monica has to learn some basic customer service skills and have some ethics on how to deal with potential buyers. Good luck.

  Overly priced for such small lots. Sales consultant Monica is the worst consultant ever we have encountered and absolute gross to work with. She behaves as if she owns toll brothers company very mean,evil and gives weird looks at people and sarcastically says some nonsense which just means do you even have money or could you even afford buy a home. Yucks.. 🤢🤮. Madam Monica you can't judge anyone and remember you are just sales consultant 😂
