  I have been renting here for nearly 3 years. My experience has been wonderful. The neighbors are great. The location is excellent. Management here is awesome. Pet owners are responsible, it's just been great living here.

  It is now time to renew my lease at Indigo Apartments in Morrisville and I must review why I decided to renew for 14 months today on 10/18/2025. The main reasons for my decision are the location for job opportunities in RTP, NC, the safety of this location, and for the apartment itself with a full-size washer and dryer, its size, and especially the friendly and responsive office and expert maintenance staff. I have been here since Sept 2016. I live in a one-BR. I love my apartment which looks comfortable and clean. The white wood molding along the edge of the walls and ceiling is an elegant touch, the full-size washer and dryer is convenient/necessary, the covered/private balcony looks out onto the wooded area in the back and gives a nice view and bird song is heard. My apartment is carpeted in the living room and bedroom which keeps the apartment quiet. It is roomy and very comfortable and good value for the rent. My neighbors are quiet, friendly and say hello. It feels safe in the community. I enjoy walking in the neighborhood along the tree-lined wide street. The amenities (clubhouse, pool, outdoor furniture, and gym) are clean and beautiful to use. The apartment management and staff are friendly and helpful and respond well to requests in a timely manner and make us feel welcome and valued. The property is well landscaped and clean. The trash area is kept clean too. The Indigo location is ideal for shopping and visiting the many restaurants at Brier Creek a few miles away and a few minutes walking distance from the property are stores and shops: grocery, pharmacy, restaurants, dentist on corner of TW Alexander Drive and Page Road. About 3 miles away is the Wake Hospital ER. Indigo is in Durham County and the Durham South Regional Library is a few miles away. It is also close to Raleigh, Durham, and RTP and 12 minutes from the Southpoint Mall. The airport is about 7 minutes away in Morrisville. From TW Alexander Drive there are connections to the major highways. And finally, and very importantly is the location in RTP (Research Triangle Park), which has many job opportunities for high paying jobs. I am looking forward to another 14 months at Indigo Apartments, and I feel really good about my decision.

  This has been, by far, the best apartment complex I’ve lived in. As this is my first time living independently, I’m pleased to say I’ve had a completely positive experience. The community is quiet, welcoming, and I’ve had no issues with neighbors or safety. Upon move-in, a few minor maintenance items needed attention, and the maintenance team responded promptly and professionally, ensuring everything was resolved quickly and thoroughly.
