  I’ve been staying at Indigo for about 3 years now. I like the friendliness of the staff, how quickly maintenance will respond to your requests, and the amenities they offer. The only thing I dislike is that they only have cameras around the leasing office. Someone tried to break into my car about a month ago and it was very unfortunate that they don’t have cameras anywhere else or anything type of security. I’m not saying this is a bad area to stay in but you know, things happen.

  I've had a wonderful experience living here so far! Move in went perfectly. I've always received prompt and adequate maintenance. Communication from the office is great.

  Indigo gets my 5 stars. I've been living here for over a year. I've always received prompt and quality maintenance. Great communication w Dora in the office, and my dog loves them too cause they give him a treat when they see him. I love it here!

  We started our Townhouse search in August 2025. That week we toured approximately 15 properties. When we toured Indigo, it was love at first sight. There was something very charming about the community that no other property had. We knew this was the one. Cindy left us in the hands of Ivan & Dora. They both navigated us through the application process with grace. We flooded them with emails & questions and they both were patient and courteous. The application wasn’t the easiest in my opinion, but Ivan & Dora lead us through every step. Their professionalism was greatly appreciated. Our move in went smoothly! Thank you, Ivan for staying cool and collected when my anxiety set in and thank you Dora for your support when stress levels were high. There must be something in the air because Ann joined the leasing office staff and she also, always has a kind word and always willing to help. Ann assisted me when I entered my townhouse for the first time and she was wonderful! Ann did a thorough walk through and put my mind at ease. Now my daughter is enjoying settling in. It’s only been a few weeks, but we’re looking forward to many years of happiness at Indigo.

  Extremely Unfair Move-Out Charges – Be Careful If there was an option to give 0 stars, I absolutely would. Our move-out experience was extremely disappointing. We left the apartment clean and have full move-out video proof. Despite this, our entire security deposit was kept, and we were billed an additional $341. The inspection photos provided: • Do not show major damage. • Include timestamps at 3:06 AM and others taken 18 days after move-out, which raises serious concerns about reliability. • A pest control note even states treatment was not performed, yet related charges appear on the statement. The charges do not align with the condition shown in the photos. This process felt unfair and very poorly handled. The lack of clear justification for the deductions is concerning. Future renters — protect yourself: Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to be extremely cautious before signing a lease here.
