  We worked with Caroline Conklin and Oakwood of Morehead to remove and replace our mobile home at Paradise Bay in IB. From the first phone call, I knew I was in great hands with Caroline as she described the start to finish care Oakwood would provide. She was very familiar with the area and the specs of what we would need, and she and the team worked seamlessly to deliver our mobile home and take outstanding care of us. It could not have been easier or a more pleasant buying experience. The entire team is amazing-shout out to Keith our foreman and to Corbitt for additional support. If you are thinking about a home in this area, Caroline and Oakwood Homes will provide you with an outstanding start to finish experience! I cannot recommend Caroline enough.

  I love this company! Everyone involved with the purchase of my new home went above and beyond to make it a nice experience for me. I would recommend them to anyone looking a new home. They made me feel like family!!

  We could not be happier with our new Oakwood home. From the initial sale with Jordan, the ability to customize the home to the final walk thru with Kieth. We would definitely recommend Oakwood Homes in Morehead City to anyone looking to purchase a mobile home.
