  Originally we rented our property through Lake Norman Realty, where Amy was the property manager through that company and immediately within our first two year lease through them. Our electric bill began to increase significantly due to the air not working properly. Several people were sent out to look at it, each one giving a different solution to the problem and still nothing ever got fixed when it switched over to Fox group with Amy still being obviously the property manager upon the first lease renewal through Fox group, we told them about the mold that was growing in two of the closets in the house. Nothing got done about that later on we had a plumbing issue where all of the backed up water flooded the laundry room and they sent someone out to fix the plumbing but did not bother to send anyone out to shop vac the stagnant water from the laundry room or bring fans to dry up the problem. When the subfloor in the kitchen began to sink and crack, the laminate a maintenance request was put in and instead of them, taking care of the issue with the maintenance man they instead had the maintenance man get a hold of us with only a one hour notice and then proceeded to tell us that we did not communicate anything with them. We initially paid a double deposit first months rent and a double pet deposit to move into that house. It took a year for them to remove the pool that was non-operational.now they want to say we owe them $4000.

  Fox Group Property Management is reliable, trustworthy, and very responsive. They have been managing my rental property for almost a year making it completely stress-free and easy. David Fox, who is absolutely great to work with, helped clean up issues left by my previous management company, Henderson Properties, that was absolutely awful. I highly recommend Fox Group Property Management!

  Positive experience so far with this company, had an emergency water leak early in the morning they were on top of it and had it fixed up in no time.

  David Fox has been incredible to work with. He’s helped me manage my rental business and find great tenants, guided my family and me to a beautiful home, and most recently sold one of my properties the same day it was listed — for more than my asking price. His communication is always excellent, and he makes renting, buying, and selling an easy, stress-free process. Always professional and dependable — highly recommend!
