- MMMarySep 3, 20255.0I had an issue with my thermostat. I have NO idea how to work it so I leave it at 68. In a matter of 2 hours it when up to 79!!!. I stopped in at the leasing office and told them. That was at 430. By 445 Miguel showed up at my door,came in and had it fixed in less than 10 minutes literally. I have been a resident for almost 5 years. The response time to my issue was amazing. The new management is responsive, personable, professional and are truly on top of it. Thank you so much!

The maintenance team is very helpful and seems to actually care about making sure things are fixed long term. HOWEVER, you lose a star because Vanessa neglected to call someone when my AC went out- she came in person to address the issue and I'd expect she can get in contact with someone to help fix the problem. She didn't call me, she didn't text me, she didn't email me any updates. Almost like she didn't care. The happy ending is that Marilyn listened to me and made sure my AC got fixed after talking to her.
