- HRHayley RebeccaDec 9, 20251.0This is not a property anyone in their right mind would think to live. Ever since switching property management a year ago this place has tanked. I’ve been a resident for 5+ years and this is the worst I’ve seen it. This neighborhood by any means is not family friendly. I’ve had multiple maintenance issues and received a broken washing machine in place of another broken one. No one respects quiet hours so expect to have to call authorities if you want anything resolved because property management doesn’t care about their residents or their needs. Everywhere you go smells like smoke or weed. Pet owners also let their animals defecate all around the neighborhood and do nothing about it. Please reconsider any other option then to live in this residence.

- MMMarySep 3, 20255.0I had an issue with my thermostat. I have NO idea how to work it so I leave it at 68. In a matter of 2 hours it when up to 79!!!. I stopped in at the leasing office and told them. That was at 430. By 445 Miguel showed up at my door,came in and had it fixed in less than 10 minutes literally. I have been a resident for almost 5 years. The response time to my issue was amazing. The new management is responsive, personable, professional and are truly on top of it. Thank you so much!
