  Michael followed up from an inquiry I placed and was kind and helpful from the beginning he was not pushy like other rental properties. The neighborhood has a beautiful pool and is set up very nice. The homes have full size refrigerators and plenty of storage.

  This is a nice little rental neighborhood of brand new townhomes. The staff here, Ryan, Michael, and Mark, really go out of their way to be helpful and get things handled quickly. We had some new construction issues, and they were repaired and fixed right away. The neighborhood has a swimming pool, grills, an outdoor fireplace, and a dog park. Parking can be a little tricky if you're going to have guests, but they do have 1 small lot and you can also have guests park at the pool area. They hold nice activities - evening at Sierra nevada, a baseball game, and a night at the fireplace making take home mugs. Kids loved that. My only thing is that despite the many dog collection containers in the neighborhood, we do have people who still leave their dog poop and that drives me crazy. Otherwise, this is a nice area.

  This was probably the easiest, move of my life. The staff was so helpful, the townhomes are just beautiful, the community is very peaceful!! The best decision I’ve made!! We love it there!!

  This community has just been recently built and it is wonderful. It has everything that me and my wife have been looking for and the staff have been very helpful with all my questions answered promptly.
