Brian Walsh, the Project Manager has been outstanding!!! He has been attentive, responsive in every way and made this feel more like a custom private builder experience. We have never felt that we were one of many. My husband and I have purchased several new construction homes in the past and this has by far been the best experience. It is obvious from viewing the home, that even the smallest areas have been finished to perfection. Our last home, which was over $1,000,000 was not finished as nice as this home. We can both say that this has been the most pleasant and by far the best craftmanship than our prior new construction projects. Brian is definitely one of the best assets of Ryan Homes and knowing he is the Project Manager makes me feel confident in recommending Ryan Homes to anyone that is looking to build a new home. We are so grateful that he was the Project lead for our home and are confident that we will enjoy living there for years to come. Further, given his attention to detail and oversight at the construction site, we are confident that we can depend on the construction integrity of the home.

Our feelings were confirmed when we spoke with Patrick and he did a video tour of the model, and also spoke with us about the many features of the Serenade model. Patrick was wonderful. His personality was so friendly that it felt as if we were speaking with a friend and not a sales agent. He took the time to thoroughly explain all the features and benefits of the community and if not for Patrick , we maybe would have waited until we actually could see the community in person. Patrick was so wonderful and did such a good job that we felt comfortable going under contract while we were on our cruise in the middle of the ocean, without seeing the place in person first. We did eventually see it in person and love everything about the home. Patrick is truly an asset to Ryan Homes.
