  We bought our double wide from Oakwood Homes in Lumberton last year and had a great experience. Our sales representative, Kevin, was extremely helpful from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to answer any questions we had along the way. Buying a home can be stressful, but Kevin made the process much easier for our family. He took the time to explain everything and made sure we were comfortable with each step. His communication and customer service were excellent. We are very happy with our home and grateful for the positive experience we had. If you’re looking to purchase a home, I would definitely recommend Oakwood Homes in Lumberton and ask for Kevin. He truly goes above and beyond for his customers.

  We chose Oakwood Homes of Lumberton in February 2025, and by that November, we were moving into our gorgeous brand new home. We were hesitant to get the ball rolling because it’d be a brand new home set up on a brand new lot — it seemed intimidating, until we spoke with Stephen Wheeler in February. He connected us with his salesman, Seth, and the two of them held our hands throughout the entire process. They went out of their way to handle every little detail to ensure a seamless process. We walked through several models, debated back and forth on customizations, and had to go through the process of brand new well, septic, etc. Stephen’s team of experts were wonderful. Everyone worked in a timely manner while being respectful of our property. Words truly cannot express how grateful we are for Oakwood Homes of Lumberton. Every team member worked endlessly to make our dreams come true! Our home is complete with energy efficient appliances, double pane argon filled windows, drywall, and several other building features that make our luxury doublewide nicer than a stick-built home. We have a covered front porch, a deck on the back, and permanent brick underpinning.   It doesn’t get any better than Oakwood Homes Of Lumberton. Katie Hunt is top-notch. Customer care and always follows up. Her attention to detail is fabulous. If you need a Home these are the folks to deal with if you don’t want any hassles honesty, integrity, and their word is their word.
