- MDMatt D3 days ago5.0Hi there, my wife and I just had a Cedar plan house built here. With Alex Brownlee being our Building Manager and Sally Griffith being our Sales Rep. The whole process was awesome. Throughout the building process, Alex stayed on top of everything. He did an amazing job keeping us informed and explaining any discrepencies. He made sure to address issues we pointed out and to fix as many of the little errors as possible. Keep in mind these are productions houses for an incredibly fair price especially in the current market, so there will be some small things they might miss (you get a warranty). This is just the nature of these types of builds, it always takes more time and money the more you do. So overall with the great management and an OVERALL great product. I would certainly recommend looking into a new build with Ryan Homes. Especially if you get the pleasure of working with Alex and Sally.

Everyone has been up front and open about everything. I had all the info I needed to make my decision and everyone has been awesome so far. I would recommend Ryan and Ryan homes to anyone if they were interested. I love the app they upload pictures to as they build my new home.
