  Beautiful apartments, amazing prices, and the team here is great! One perk I've noticed is that anytime you need maintenance, they come SAME DAY!! Which I've never experienced! The property is beautiful, we absolutely love it here!

  Toured here a few days ago with my wife and 2 kids. Caleb was the guy who toured us and he was very kind and informative. The apartments are nice. Unfortunately, my wife and I didn’t meet the requirements here so we didn’t apply, but if you’re looking for a nice cozy apartment, come here for sure!

  Living here at Parker Leland has been the best living! I moved here in the midst of transition of new life. New life, new apartment. it has been great! Amanda and the staff has been very accommodating and friendly. Whenever I visit the office, Amanda always has friendly and encouraging conversations. She kept me informed of my whole move in process. The leasing office is very nicely laid out and is always smelling good! I love it here and plan to stay awhile(-: Thanks Amanda and The Parker Leland for accepting me into the Parker Leland family of homes.

  The Parker Leland Apartments in Leland NC, are truly exceptional apartments! I moved in October 7th and it’s been such a great experience. When first searching for apartments in Leland, this apartment complex is the only one with a Veteran discount on top of affordable rent which we all know is out of control. The apartments are near an urgent care and pharmacies. Local grocery stores to either pick up or have delivered. The owner of these apartments thought very well of their tenants with all the external easily accessible stores, healthcare and other businesses nearby. The apartment complex internal amenities have a pool, grilling areas, playground, trash dumpster if you need to take your boxes, etc., but another amenity is the trash concierge. The apartments have washer and dryer with plenty of space in the apartment for all your household goods! It’s beautiful here! The manager, Amanda and Caleb, the office/rental assistant were the ones who helped me when I first started looking to move. The Brunswick County Riverwalk, Farmers Market and many local beaches are so close, it’s awesome. Come give them a look, you won’t regret it!
