- VAValeria AbundioNov 13, 20251.0I moved in November 24 when it was still Element at the Grove! The old management was AMAZING! Fast forward June 25, a letter is left on my door notifying that it was under new management, since then it has been AWFUL. No one seems to care about anything (specially management), the attitude from the people who work in the office is extremely unprofessional, the people who live there now are honestly questionable, the noise coming from cars late/morning hours. The trash in the mailboxes & dumpster is unbelievable, its overflowing & piles of trash by the dumpster. I LOVED IT WHEN IT WAS " ELEMENT AT THE GROVE " PLEASE look carefully before moving here! I am so THANKFUL My lease has ended!
- KMKris MartinNov 13, 20251.0As a resident of I could give them ZERO stars I would. The place was better when the previous company was in charge. The apartments are nice, but were cheaply built. I understand that it’s an apartment complex and noise is expected in a shared living space however there are some noises that we feel like we shouldn’t be able to hear through the walls and management (specifically Hailey) does nothing about it. They love to send threatening emails about so called “lease violations” with excessive noise being one of them yet despite the many complaints I’ve made with video footage provided nothing has been done to date. You are only allowed to have spectrum as your provider. They recently forced everyone into a new spectrum plan paying more money a month. There is constantly garbage around the community buildings, Dog poop everywhere. And don’t get me started on the garbage by the compactor. The compactor is always broken and fills up quickly, leaving residents to leave garbage on the side, which will pile up for days even a week which has caused RODENTS! It got to the point that the town had to be called with the threat of being fined. We cannot wait for our lease to be up and get out of here. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE! If you notice the positive reviews are only from people who have toured the place or from residents when the old company was in charge. Just yesterday, we noticed that the outdoor furniture is broken and the tables have paint all over them. Hailey does a great job of having her team running around last minute to make the place look “presentable” before the higher ups come. They really should start showing up at random to see how much of a disaster this place really is.
