During my recent call, I sensed that the employee, who I believe is named Erica, was reluctant to answer my questions and appeared dismissive. She advised me to visit the website and communicate with an AI, which I found unhelpful, as I preferred to speak directly with a person. Her attitude was quite unpleasant. This was not the first time I encountered her; I recall assisting someone with moving in there, and her demeanor was similarly unprofessional. If employees are unwilling to engage with residents or prospective tenants, it raises the question of why they are employed in such roles. Effective communication is essential for tenants to inquire about rental procedures and requirements. If staff members are unwilling to address questions, they should consider resigning. Additionally, numerous reviews criticize their operational practices. Those who do not wish to bear responsibilities should step aside to allow others to serve residents appropriately. It is apparent that her attitude signifies she is merely earning a paycheck without regard for residents or the broader community. Her primary concern seems to be financial gain, rather than providing quality service.

When we moved out here in March 2023 it was new the company Bells Partners was owner the community was great after it was bought out by the other company it has gone to hell! The lease will be up soon so we can move along. I truly enjoyed it though for 1 year thank God for that!

I have friends who live here that absolutely love it, and have only great things to say about the new staff including front office and maintenance. Although I only interacted with the property manager Hailey - who was so nice and made me laugh constantly while remaining professional and very knowledgeable, and another woman at the front desk who was very polite and ready to assist with anything I needed; they were extremely welcoming and helpful, as I also got to see them assisting other residents while I was onsite. I asked a few of the residents I ran into about their experience, as that's the best way to get a real insight and they also said they love living here, with the general feeling that things are also improving over recent months. Everyone I spoke with recommended going ahead and applying for a lease. I look forward to having the opportunity to live here.
