  Had a move in date set, upon calling and leaving various emails, there was no communication other that being pushed on not being able to see my unit until move in day. When I finally got to see my unit I was supposed to move into, it wasn’t even cleaned or ready. It was horrendous what I seen. The caulking on the bathtub was peeling off, the paint job on the ceiling was terrible, floors in the kitchen were cracked or broken. Windows were not cleaned and the unit was no where near being move in ready and it was already 10am and it looked like a full blown renovation was still happening. They kept telling me, the painters and cleaners were still working and wouldn’t keep me updated I had to show up to the leasing office to get answers and they had what felt like no care or urgency. I had applied for this apartment 2 months prior to moving and had the date set in stone. They couldn’t even bother to have it ready, cleaned or keys in my had day of move in. I just moved here from overseas and it just felt like they did not care I needed a home asap. If you want management with good communication, understanding and empathy do not move here. Still waiting for an email confirmation of my cancellation to live here. After various emails and messages for confirmation… crickets.

  Erica and Matt at Puller Place were very helpful in getting us exactly what we wanted for an apartment. They were responsible, respectful and very prompt in communication. If there was any problems or issues they immediately called us and informed us of what was going on. Puller Place is a great place to live.

  I almost never leave reviews unless they are great because it’s not worth the hassle. This place is unprofessional. Won’t return your calls or requests. Please re consider if you plan on moving in here. You’ll thank me later

  Never answer the phones. Can’t get ahold of them anyway. Stopped by on a Monday & Tuesday they were out of office. They will not get back to you. Sloppy management. Been trying to transfer my lease for almost 2 months but their communication is not present. Do not move in here. Scam
