  Hello Everyone my name is Lennie D. I'm a new resident here at Ardmore at the Trail. I want to share my experience I encountered. At the start of my process I had many questions and Ms. Christy Lay gave me answers that was assuring. She was upfront and honest in detail she made me feel confident about my nove and what to expect. Her professionalism and down to earth delivery of services is welcoming. She assisted me from the beginning of my application up to the date of my move in. She was patient and excited about helping me. I encountered other staff members that assisted me in my new move. I can say that I feel at home. Loving my place and the Ardmore at the Trail staff. Keep the positive and patient attitude. Thank you

  If I could give negative stars, I would. My experience with Ardmore at the Trail Apartments has been one of the most frustrating and unprofessional rental situations I have ever dealt with. Management failed to properly handle their own responsibilities and then attempted to shift the consequences onto me. I was formally removed from the lease, yet a debt was still sent to collections as if I were responsible. This is not just careless—it shows a complete lack of competence and accountability from the management team. Communication from the office has been poor, and resolving even simple issues has required constant follow-up. Tenants should not have to fight to correct mistakes that were clearly made by the property’s own staff. A property that cannot manage basic documentation, lease records, or tenant communication should not be putting people’s credit and financial stability at risk. I strongly recommend that anyone considering renting here think twice and keep detailed records of everything you sign and every conversation you have with management. Extremely disappointing experience. ⭐ (and that one star is only because the system requires it). Reaching the corporate office is impossible, but I will ensure to make my story to the news on WSOC!

  We truly enjoyed living in these apartments. The location is excellent — everything is convenient and close by, which made our daily life very comfortable. The communication with the management team was always smooth and professional, and especially Kate Netzer — she is truly outstanding. She goes above and beyond, and we are very grateful for her support. Whenever there was any issue or repair needed, the maintenance team responded very quickly and handled everything efficiently. It really gave us peace of mind. The community amenities are wonderful. There is a great playground for kids, which we really appreciated. The office always had delicious coffee, which was such a nice touch. We also loved the lake — every day geese would come there, and it was very beautiful to watch. In the summer, the pool is amazing, and we truly enjoyed spending time there. We lived here for 15 months, had a beautiful view from our window, and overall had a very positive experience. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and well-organized. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live.

  We truly enjoyed living in these apartments. The communication with the management team was excellent, and especially Kate Netzer — she is absolutely incredible. She will always have a special place in our hearts. We had an amazing view from our window, and we lived here for 15 months. Everything worked perfectly, the property was always clean and well-maintained. We are very happy with our experience and would definitely recommend this place!

  Living in Ardmore is very peaceful and quiet. The neighbors are really friendly and the community is very clean. The dog park is big enough to let my 2 doodles run until they don’t want to anymore. 10/10 recommend
