  Apartment is under new management and they seem to really care about their clients. There maintenance is fully staffed now so repairs are getting done in a timely manner, i just wish they would leave a notification inside the home that the work has been completed etc. The staff has been great with answering questions and taking the time to make sure you fully understand. This is my second time living in this complex and it is a very nice property now that they are under the new management. Thanks Antoine, Jamise and Ronea have been great.

  I had a great experience touring with Antione! I came in with my family, and he made the entire process smooth, welcoming, and informative. He really took the time to understand what we were looking for and highlighted features that would work best for us. The property is beautiful and well-maintained, and Antione’s professionalism and genuine care really stood out. Highly recommend asking for him if you’re looking to tour!

  I had an amazing experience touring this community thanks to Ronea Benjamin! From the moment I walked in, she was warm, welcoming, and very professional. She took her time answering all of my questions, made me feel comfortable, and truly went above and beyond during the tour. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people find the right home, not just filling a unit. Her positive attitude and knowledge made a lasting impression on me. If you’re considering this property, I highly recommend asking for Ronea you won’t be disappointed!

  Ray Wilson and the maintenance crew was excellent... Replaced my lights in ceiling fans... Unclogged my sinks in both bathrooms and even got my Air Conditioner system working properly... They were professional and quick...I am extremely happy and lucky to have a maintenance guy and crew like that😁😁😁😁😁 Appreciate their hard work and service for me and my children that are on spring break😁😁

  I normally don’t do reviews , but I had to take a moment to acknowledge Antoine Moore and the crew for all they have done to make positive changes in the community. It’s nice to be treated like a real person and not just a faceless number in an apartment building. Since they’ve taken over , we now have consistent maintenance, which had been a huge issue during my time here, as well as the ability to split our rent payments via Flex, which has helped monthly budgeting TREMENDOUSLY! I am thankful for their dedication to make our apartment feel like a home.
