  Most of the houses have roaches, beware!!! They travel through the pipes from house to house. They need to fix the interior, cabinets, bathroom and windows. OLD as idk what.

  The properties are very poorly maintained. The first couple I viewed had roaches and mold. It took forever to get approved and the older woman tried to tell me I didn’t have a job Bc she called the wrong company rather than the number I had provided. Whoever does their painting and other maintenance clearly is getting away with some of the worst work I’ve ever seen. The prices are low but should be lower for what they offer. I definitely should get my full deposit back after taking better care of the place than they have… they charged more than 2 months rent for deposit. After reading the other reviews, thank god I took photos.

  I would give it no stars if possible. I put in my app on December 3 2018 and I called and called no answer. They ran my credit and called other references and still no answer from them. By this time its 2019. So I called one week and they needed my current address which was on the application. So I went up there and the old lady that looks like she needs to retire said we are still processing applications and kept walking. I stood there and waited still finally somebody else walked up and asked me how can I help you looked for my application it was thrown in a pile with a bunch of others. Personal info jist laying around where anybody can see it. All in all they only want your money and don't care to help you. They have the worst customer service I have ever seen.
