From the moment I walked into the model home, my sales representative, Danny Combs was so kind, welcoming, and professional. He was patient as I tried to decide which layout/finishes I wanted in my home and even walked me through several available townhomes to make sure I could see all of the available options. Danny is knowledge, insightful, and kind. He "sold" me on the townhomes on my first tour and I would not be a Ryan Homes homeowner without him. I truly cannot thank him enough for all that he did to help make my home-buying experience so smooth! Lindsey Schrenker at NVR was also wonderful as she took the time to sit down with me and walk with me through the loan process as well as the specifics of my loan, all while making the experience personable and presenting the information in a consumer-friendly way.
