Great communication and executed the process with ease ! Great community to represent and really sold us a dream home. Unfortunately we chose to be closer to another city and chose another Ryan homes location, wish we could have traded representatives as we missed the hospitality Noel provided in making our home purchase an experience and not just a sale. Albermaele is a lovely property; ask for Noel when looking for a home! I know I sound like a paid advertisement but he took the time and Made us feel at home without a sale! - Little Rich and Big Rich !

His knowledge of the property was impressive. We toured the property by car and he showed me the amenities the property had to offer. The views from the property are not crowded as many places you see today. The homes there are beautiful. Area is tranquil. Noel answered my questions that day and spoke to me over the phone when I had follow up questions. I felt at ease on the property and the neighbors are very friendly!
