My husband and I are not the easiest customers — we are needy, we ask a million questions , we like to know everything happening at every step, and we change our minds constantly. But Jeff powered through with patience and professionalism the entire way. He never once seemed frustrated with us. Instead, he went above and beyond, exploring every option he could to help us, even after we received the disappointing news. We were looking to purchase the biggest and best Clayton had to offer — which by the way, is hard to beat for size and value compared to other competitors — and Jeff was truly amazing throughout the whole experience. I sincerely hope management recognizes how dedicated and hardworking he is. If the opportunity ever comes for us to try again, Jeff will hands down be the person we go back to.
