I can tell you with out a doubt if you want a realatively low maintenance and a comfortable home I cannot recommend a mobile or also called manufacturrd home highly enough. Locally here in the Wilmington area, Clayton Homes is the place to buy yours. They have a wide variety on display on their lot in Hampstead. I went into ask for a source for mobile home products and accessories. I was greeted by Vicki Gallaher. What a great lady. She took the time to get me the name of two local businesses. And gave me a cup of coffee to boot. I cannot think of anyone else I would like to buy a mobile home from. Knowledgeable honest friendly and professional, you cannot go wrong buying a home from her and Clayton Homes.
