  I had such a great experience with Greenbrier Apartments in Greenville. Kam was incredibly sweet and really sensitive to my needs throughout the whole process. I’ve been hoping to get an apartment there, and she went above and beyond by calling me multiple times and keeping me updated whenever one became available. She spoke clearly, was genuine, and made me feel valued instead of just another applicant. Her kindness and communication made the experience so positive. I truly appreciate her help and look forward to hopefully living there!

  I called in with several questions about the apartments. From the location, vacancies, different fees and amenities. The woman who answered the phone, Kam, was amazing. Very patient and informative of all the questions I had to ask. Even provided advice about FAQs that she typically gets asked which sparked more discussion between us. She was great and looking forward to touring in person soon!

  It was a nasty experience working with the office management and the amount of bugs and lack maintenance with the trash on this property made it unfit to live, beware!!!

  Nothing but positive things to say regarding this complex. I moved to Greenbrier Woods from across the country and leased the apartment virtually. The team was very helpful both during the tour process and with the relocation process. Due to work relocation I had to break my lease and LaShaunda was so helpful with this process. She made the options to do so very clear so there was no confusion or misunderstanding. Additionally, my move date was a bit of a moving target and LaShaunda kept up with me to make sure nothing slipped through the cracks. I am grateful for the customer service I received and if it weren't for my relocation I would have continued to be a tenant for years to come, the apartments are phenomenal.
