    The property manager Jeremiah and his staff are incredible!! My family traveled to Greenville to move our college daughter into her 1st off campus housing at another student rental location and encounter holes in the ceiling broken and rusted appliances and a roach infestation. We were able to terminate the lease that day and started to google search apartments the next day we had one day to find something. Jeremiah and his staff sympathize with our situation and were amazing in getting us into University Edge Dickinson Loft. They ensured the room was completely ready and had that extra "sparkle". When Jeremiah said "I got you" I knew we would be in good hands. Thank you so much for the quick response and extra care to make my daughter feel welcomed. Best decision ever!!

    Move in was very smooth and the apartment was spotless. I had bad experiences with other apartments in greenville. This by far is the nicest and cleanest apartment complex around. Management and staff are super friendly. Awesome experience!
