  If you want to move into a dirty apartment Bennett is your go to place. I gave 2 stars because the girls in the office have been super responsive and friendly however, I feel deceived. I was told prior to move in to the unit I signed for I could possibly see it a couple days before I officially move in. This wasn’t guaranteed but I was hopeful. I called Thursday before my move in the following Tuesday and was told vendors had yet to enter the unit to clean it. Bummer. I later found out from fellow renters that the unit had been vacant for months before my move in… so I just wonder why did it take so long to get it poorly cleaned? Why wasn’t it as clean as all the other units I was shown? Tuesday comes around, I give them all my money and get my keys. I was told the unit was inspected and all good to go. I was terribly disappointed when I saw my unit. It was absolutely filthy and smelled horrible. Not to mention my thermostat had burn marks on it and the unit was filled with dead bugs. The carpet had unknown crunch stains all throughout and even a few of what I think was wax. I have tons of photos of my grimy unit. So I requested it to be actually cleaned before my movers brought all my stuff over on Friday. They apologized and said they would. Super. Friday comes around and I can tell they did attempt to make it better but it was done poorly. My carpets are still gross and I don’t even want to walk barefoot in my own home. There is still build up of previous tenants grime all throughout the unit. I keep getting random bug bites and I’m hoping it’s when I’m outside walking my dog. So on top of my already packed schedule I’ll be rolling up my sleeves to do my landlords job that should have already been done a long time ago. And on top of all that, I now have to save up money to get the carpets cleaned professionally myself so I can talk barefoot on my carpet without getting grossed out. The dog park is filthy, no one here picks up their dog’s poop. So this amenity is one I will not be using because I don’t want my dog to track that onto my already grimy carpets. They did sent a community wide email about the poop so hopefully that changes something but I doubt it. Anyway, I’m just bummed that I’m in a dirty apartment for a year now. Fingers crossed things get better and I’ll update if they do but just be careful about signing for a unit you haven’t seen yet.

  Staff was incredibly helpful - great at showing the property and helping me through the application process. I highly recommend! the apartments are super nice and affordable!

  I loved everything about my experience regarding applying and moving in! Mackenzie was amazing and very understanding of my situation! She handled my application like a boss!! The property manager gave my two toddlers treats the day of my tour which made my 3 year old daughter ready to move it lol! I love my apartment! It’s the perfect little size for my family! It’s very quiet out here, I barely hear my neighbors and two of them have a dog😂 so that’s a plus for me. I been here 2 weeks now and honestly don’t plan on leaving unless unfortunate events occur (knock on wood😂). The staff are super sweet! The neighbors stay to themselves! Rent isn’t that high for the floor plans! It’s walking distance from a lot of places! And my kids love it here!! A WIN IS A WIN!!!

  The entire process was very easy and Taylor was very helpful and professional. I was approved a few hours after applying. She answered all my questions and signed my lease the same day I applied Great job Taylor
