  The maintenance team is super awesome! They’re quick to handle any request that you submit normally done same day , very professional and polite people. I absolutely love living in this community.

  If it wasn’t for the maintenance man, I probably wouldn’t even be here to write this review, and that’s the honest to God truth.. I’ve been here going on 3years now, and they’ve ALWAYS went above and beyond for me, and I’m truly grateful and thankful for them and they services forreal..

  Love the location, the office staff is very friendly and helpful. Kezia always has a big smile on his face ready to help. Whenever I have a problem I put in a maintenance request and they either come the same day or the next day, today David came to help me with my bathroom he was polite and friendly and got what was needed done super fast with no problems. Also this is the second time I’ve lived here I enjoy it

  David, with maintenance, got to my daughters service call on her air conditioning unit in less than a few hours of her putting in the service call which was wonderful because I am watching my granddaughter while she is at the beach and I thought I was going to have to take her to my house (which is hours from here) because it was so warm in the apartment, but he got here in no time and had it fixed in no time! Even though the first few things he tried did not fix it, he remained until he had it figured out, which also didn’t take long at all and he made sure it was blowing out at the correct temperature and even waited a few minutes to make sure the apartment was cooling down before he left. I am extremely satisfied with his work and speed in responding to my daughter’s call and repairing the issue, along with his friendliness & positive attitude! If I could give 10 stars I would but unfortunately it only allowed 5 although I think he surpassed that by a long shot. I can not comment on previous repairs bc it’s my daughter’s apartment but I do know that she has always bragged on the speed of maintenance responding to her calls. Thanks David, my daughter will be happy to come home to a nice cool apartment which is always nice after spending a few days in a camper at the beach! 100% SATISFIED!
