  STILL waiting on my FULL deposit refund as promised by Kris. I moved out on 1/23/25 and it's 3/9/25. I have called multiple times and sent several emails to see what the hold is. Kris stated in his last email that he would get in contact with the accounting department and get back to me. That was last week Wednesday and I haven't heard from him since. I would appreciate if a corporate/regional supervisor from this NEW management company contact me as soon as possible on this matter. My contact number and email is the same. Thank you kindly. 1/24/26 It's been yet another week and my refund still hasn't been mailed out to me. Kris claims that the accounting department made a mistake when they mailed me a check for $199.03 and my refund is supposed to be $600.00. It has been two months since I moved out and this issue still remains unresolved. Kris is procrastinating and giving me the run around about this matter. No one from the accounting department has contacted me nor anyone from the so called NEW management. It's ALWAYS something shady going on. 3/30/26- If this was a isolated incident then why hasn't it been rectified yet?? It's been almost 2 1/2 since I last spoke to someone and it's been close to 2 1/2 months since I moved out. This "so called" isolated incident makes no sense at all. 4/8/26 No one has emailed me since 3/20/26 and there haven't been any phone calls either. Lines of effective communication are inconsistent and bring no resolution nor clarity. These unprofessional tactics to buy more time are tiresome and old. Rectify this incident that you so called isolated so that I no longer have contact nor have any dealings with Ridgewood apartments nor any of it's employees! 4/16/26 STILL no email, phone calls nor resolve to this ongoing isolated incident involving my deposit refund. This should not have to become a legal matter for the correction to be made. Stop making an issue a bigger problem than it has to be. It's not hard at all to do the right thing nor do right by people IF there was indeed a mistake or error made. Keep in mind that karma is real and you WILL reap what you have sown.

  I put in several maintenance requests and each of them were tended to in a timely and effective manner. The staff diligently assessed the need and addressed it accordingly. The first month at Ridgewood has been overwhelming positive. Thank you!
