  I'm a fall risk and I had considered moving here until I saw how negligent this apt. community is regarding ice/snow removal. When I reported my concerns, I waited another week to see if any improvements and it's now been over 2 weeks since the ice storm and the only improvement is what the sun has managed to clear. Still very dangerous which convinces me they simply don't care. Renter beware!

  Apartments are nice on the outside . Been here 3 months maintenance has been here over 5 times for the same problem! Water is leaking, pipes are bursting , and dumb and dumber the maintenance crew come through for looks bang on something and say they’ll be back ! My concerns with water is mold ! People can develop serious respiratory illnesses and can possibly die from it . Highly dissatisfied with the living situation!
