  I am currently a resident and this place is the absolute worst. 1st when i moved in at august and by September they were calling and texting me to renew my lease telling me that they would raise my rent if I did not renew. 2nd there is dog poop everywhere. Management does not require residents to clean up after their dogs and its disgusting. 3rd maintenance will barge into your apartment whether you are there are not. I have put in maintenance request and maintenance has showed up without any notifications and when i asked for a second they told me they had other orders and could not wait. Coming into my apartment with no notification and then rushing me is crazy. 4th the complex does not notify its residents of any violence that happens at the complex. There was an incident where there was blood all over one floor and the complex did not notify residents that there was an incident to begin with or if it had been handled. They also failed to clean it up there are pools of blood all over. Yes the rent is cheap but at what cost

  La verdad no me gusta estos apt, en la unidad donde estoy siempre huele a marihuana, la lavandería mayormente está sucia, hace poco en el apartamento encontramos una culebra pequeña, entre otros animales, tengo problema con la bañera que está agrietada se sale el agua se llena el clóset de agua, ya he paso correo, el día sábado se me llenó el baño, pasillo y clóset de agua, llevo dos días sin poder bañarme, ojalá me puedan solicitar el problema!

  The Vic is has very nice apartments, and I feel the prices are very reasonable. The staff and the maintenance crew here are very responsive. It's also located next to some very nice restaurants. I just wish that more care was put into the apartment exteriors, things like spilled paint and trash really lower an otherwise very positive environment.

  I’ve really enjoyed living at this apartment complex! The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the management team is always friendly and responsive whenever I need anything. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the staff genuinely seem to care about the residents’ comfort. The amenities are a great bonus — the gym and pool are always in great condition, and the common areas feel safe and welcoming. I also love how convenient the location is, close to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation. Overall, it’s been a great place to call home. I’d definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed apartment with a positive atmosphere.
