  STILL waiting on my FULL deposit refund as promised by Kris. I moved out on 1/23/25 and it's 3/9/25. I have called multiple times and sent several emails to see what the hold is. Kris stated in his last email that he would get in contact with the accounting department and get back to me. That was last week Wednesday and I haven't heard from him since. I would appreciate if a corporate/regional supervisor from this NEW management company contact me as soon as possible on this matter. My contact number and email is the same. Thank you kindly.

  My move in to Ridgewood was seamless. The maintenance team was respectful, timely and responsive. They worked very hard to ensure that the apartment was fresh, clean and beautiful upon our arrival. Kris is great with communication and guidance with administrative tasks. Once the trash is cleaned up under the guidance of new management and when the tenants follow suit with discarding trash, Ridgewood will become a destination rental for anyone!
