  Such a great place to call home! Massive shoutout to Meagan, who helped me through the application and the moving process of my apartment, she always made herself available to answer any questions I had. Thanks Meagan! Mojud has been an breath of fresh air as far as Apartment living goes. The units are gorgeous and the units toured are as exactly as showcased when you move in, I love the industrial/ modern living style for those that are seeking that type of environment. There is always a good amount of available parking and the amenities such as the gym, common areas and pool are well kept and maintained with respect. Neighbors are respectful, and courteous and I always enjoying rocking up to my home after a long day. Highly recommend if you are considering Mojud!

  Lived at Mojud for a little over a year and only have positive things to say. The amenities are really great, my friends would attest to the pool being amazing, and Meagan in the front office is a super star.

  This loft is beautiful and full of class! Carisa, Meagan, and the entire crew do a great job maintaining this lovely place. I usually move every couple of years, but I can genuinely see myself staying here much longer. Thank you all for making this such a pleasant place to call home!

  Mojud Lofts has been a great place to live. From the moment I initially toured the place, the leasing staff was friendly and helpful. Because of that touring / bubbly personality experience, we of course decided to sign a lease. During that time, we've gotten to know not only Carisa & Meagan, but also the housekeeping and maintenance staff. All are very professional and down to earth - so again, it makes it an easy place to live. There are community events that allow you to get to know your neighbors if you would like and personally, I have really enjoyed those who also go out of their way to decorate as well for the various holidays as it is a neat treat for those of us to enjoy as we walk inside or outside the building. Also, I like how the building has a furnished 1-bedroom option as a guest suite that can be rented out - it is great for when you have out of town guests and maybe have a smaller place or want to provide some additional privacy for overnight guests. We were able to use it on two separate occasions when we had family in town. The convenience of paying for them to stay in our building versus away at a hotel was very much worth it and they enjoyed the furnishings / amenities as well.
