  I recommend not moving to this neighborhood. The front gate is always broken and they constantly have people that don't live in the neighborhood at the pool and hanging around the neighborhood. Our first couple months here we noticed they had homeless people living in the wooded area in the back where you could see several matresses along with shopping carts and bags of food. Also cars get broken into on occasion here, and they won't do anything about it. Lived here for two years and the police were here constantly dealing with different problems. From teenagers catching trees on fire to tenants causing gun violence. We've had people bang on our door in the middle of the night trying to sell drugs. And right before moving out one tenant shot and killed their room mate in the apartment building next to ours. If I could give 0 stars I would. Thank you! Update and response to managements reply on 10/18/25. Nothing in my review was false as you are claiming. The fact that you wish to withhold the truth is amazing. And yeah I have no issues with the charges from cancelling my lease early and for damages done to the carpet. Those have all been paid for, thank you for giving us the heads up on those charges too before it hit collections thank you for charging me to repair the carpet but then also making a claim and getting paid out by my renters insurance as well!   Worst place to live!! management is horrible! There is dog poop everywhere. Gate is always broken and management does not do anything. The Ac unit outside our room was making so much noise and vibrating making it impossible to get sleep. Management said there was nothing they can do about it and gave us the number to the corporate office. Left messages and no one returned our call. Eventually got fixed mysteriously! Got so much complaints about this place just avoid it at all cost. Should have seen the redflags when we initially applied just talking to the lady in the leasing office. One good thing they got going for this place is that maintenance is on top of it. If you must talk to someone talk to Jamieson. We will actually listen and communicate with you unlike the other staff who just hears what she wants to. Read the neg reviews of this place with pics before considering. You have been warned!

  We’ve enjoy living here. My boys love to go outside and play. We had a patio Christmas contest and my family and I had the best creating memories while decorating. My favorite features are the closets and the huge island in the kitchen. I’ve hosted a baby shower and the island held all the food and decor. We also love having access to the movie theater, gym, and of course the pool during the hotter months. The maintenance team are respectful and gets the job done. The front office staff and management are friendly and easy to talk to. Whenever we had a problem they always addressed it in a timely manner. My Keurig broke, and I’m relieved that I can still get my coffee or tea in the morning in the lounge area near the office .

  We have been at Innisbrook for years! The floorplans are spacious and the community is wonderful. We appreciate the office staff and we LOVE where we live!

  The new management is turning things around slowly! Maintenance is quick and efficient which is a plus.
